Jin Ban Zhang: The Name Explained
The Chinese name for this tea, as displayed on the packaging, is 'Jin Ban Zhang'. The first character 'jin / 金‘ means 'gold'. This name is given, because the block also consists of some golden buds. The latter two characters refer to its origin ‘ban zhang’
