Rose flowers are available in all kinds of grades these days, but our team travelled all the way to Longnan (Gansu province) to source only the best. Our rose buds are naturally grown in a pollution free environment and you'll find that they're still in whole pieces due to manual hand processing and careful drying. This tisane consists only out of natural rose flowers without any artificial colouring or flavoring.

Rose Bud Tea Benefits

Rose flowers, especially buds, contain a high concentration of vitamin C which by far surpasses the levels in fresh fruits like orange, tomato, and grapefruit. This makes it a great herbal tea to maintain a healthy and radiant skin, and to fight off colds and flu in a more natural way.

Health benefits of loose rose bud tea also include its ability to clear toxic waste from the bladder and kidneys and therefore reduces the risk of urinary tract infections. Drinking rose tea can also prevent blockages that can be caused by kidney stones.

In addition, our pink rose tea contains rich nutrients and organic acids with help to prevent digestive problems and eliminate the toxic waste and substances that can build up in the intestines. Drinking dried rosebud tea helps reduce the risk of dysentery, diarrhea, gastroenteritis and constipation.

Finally, drinking rose flower herbal tea is a great way to relax after a busy day at office, as it can calm the central nervous system, reducing the chance of depression and anxiety. Dried rose tea can also benefit victims of chronic fatigue, insomnia and nervousness when drinking one or two cups per day.

How to make Rose Bud Tea?

It's recommended to steep our pink rosebud tea with a covered glass teapot. Use about 2 teaspoons for every 500ml of water. Steep with hot water at 95°c for 4-5 minutes for the first and second brewing. Increase temperature and time for further brews. Glas tea mugs or teapots are great as you can look through the glass and appreciate the wonderful appearance of the pink roses.

The packages of rose tea arrived and I've already added some roses to a cup of loose leaf black tea. So beautiful. I just love it and it is so pretty.

Thank you so much. I am so happy with the tea. It looks, smells and tastes so beautiful.

After the holidays, I will order some other flower teas. (Posted on 12/18/2014)

The rosebuds look great and it steeps a great cuppa. 70 gram of this tea is a lot, so it's pretty good value. The only negative point is that the tea has a less strong scent of roses than I hoped. (Posted on 8/16/2014)

The first appearance of the buds is that they look fresh and natural as described. The smell is pleasant and aromatic. My experience is that about 10 buds are need to brew a mug of tea, which can be re-steeped for 2 times. This is definitely the best quality of rosebuds that I found, and I am now offering this to my customers in my own spa. (Posted on 8/16/2014)

I bought rose tea before from other places, but I was always disappointed by artificial color, that made me worry that the flowers are colored. Your tea looks beautiful and natural, and the taste is very place. I tried this also together with your Keemun tea, and I would recommend people to try that as well. (Posted on 9/10/2013)
