Raw Waffles Pu Erh Tea Cake
It’s time to treat yourself delicious tea. The tea leaves used for this cake consist of 1 bud and 2 leaves from the very first harvest of Spring 2021. After harvesting, the leaves are carefully processed through 12 steps over a period of 120 hours.
The result: a strong and robust tea with an intense aroma of orchid and honey. The tea has a long lasting after taste. Due to high quality material, a single piece of this waffles cake can last for up to 14 steeps in a gaiwan.
When stored in the right conditions (dry and dark), the tea will continue to age. Taste will become sweeter and smoother over time.
