EU VAT Import Rules Starting July 1, 2021

European VAT Import Rules Starting July 1, 2021

Since the 1st of July 2021, Shipments to EU countries will be subject to import handling fees and VAT tax. As an importer, you are solely responsible for these paying import fees and taxes.

When you decline to pay these fees upon delivery, your parcel will be returned to us, and we can only refund you 70% of your order value (excluding shipping fees). In such a case, a refund is only possible when the goods are physically returned. For an estimate of the local import- and VAT taxes, please contact your local post office.

If you're based in the European Union, we are currently only able to accept parcels to The Netherlands, Belgium and Sweden. We hope  to resume services for the other EU countries in the near future. If you've already added products to your shopping cart, we recommend you to create an account. In this way, your shopping cart will be saved for convenience checkout once our shipping services resume.
