2019 Haiwan 'Good Garden Good Brewing' Gushu Pu Erh 400g
Origin: Bulang, Gelang, Mengku, Mengsong
This pu erh is made from a blend of tea leaves (Da Ye Zhong cultivar) from the ancient gardens of Bulang, Gelang, Mengku, and Meng Song. The tea cake exhibits a traditional round shape and reveals thick and robust leaves intertwined with downy buds. Upon infusion, the tea exudes a splendidly clear yellow color, indicative of its purity and the masterful processing.
It's thick texture, smooth finish, and sweet aftertaste are a testiment to the spirit of gushu (ancient trees).
Raw Pu Erh Tea
This tea falls within the classification of raw pu erh, offering an authentic, naturally aged flavour profile. Unlike its ripe counterparts, raw pu erh allows the drinker to appreciate the tea's natural progression as it matures, gaining richness and character.
Storage Recommendations
The 2019 'Good Garden, Good Brewing' pu erh tea requires proper storage to facilitate aging. Optimally kept in a dry, well-ventilated environment free from direct sunlight and intrusive odors, this tea cake's aroma will continue to improve over time.
