Cancellation & Return Policy
All orders placed through this website are subject to return and exchange as according to this return policy.
- Orders can be cancelled at any time as long as the parcel has not been shipped out.
- To cancel an order, please email us as soon as possilbe at [email protected]
- Orders that are already shipped out, can't be cancelled. In that case, please apply for return after you've received the parcel.
- Our policy lasts 14 days starting from the day you receive your order.
- Products that are unused, and in the same condition as received, are eligible for return.
- If received products arrive broken or faulty, this must be reported in 2 days after the product is received. You can do this by sending us an email with pictures of the broken product attached to [email protected] Please also mention in your email your order number.
- To apply for a return, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the products that you would like to return to us. We will reply you within 2 working days with the instructions for returning goods.
- After you've send out the returning parcel, please notify us and share the tracking number.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Note: we're not responsible when products are returned broken. So please make sure the products are packed safely.
- If the goods are returned in good condition, then your refund will be processed within 5 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow at least 2 weeks for your credit card company to refund the credit to your account. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at [email protected]
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless products are faulty/broken).
- Undeliverable packages aren't eligible for full refunds, given that we've correctly stated your shipping address as you provided. In such case, we'll only offer a partial refund if the undeliverable packages has been returned. The partial refund will be determined based on the following formula: order value - actual shipping cost - return shipping fees.
- For undelivered packages due to wrong address provided, we do not take responsibility for the cost, if your local shipping company decide to dispose the parcel instead of returning it to us. In such case, we unfortunately can't provide a refund.
- For certain countries the local post office might require you to pickup the parcel at a specified location. If you reject or decide not to pickup the parcel, your order will not be eligible for a refund.
- For certain countries the local post office or customs might require you to pay a custom handling fees and VAT taxes. If you reject pay such fees and taxes, the parcel will be returned to us. In such a case, we will refund you 70% of the order value upon return of the parcel. When the parcel is lost during return as a result of you rejecting to pay custom taxes, we will not refund you.
- For certain countries the local customs authorities may request you to pay import fees and value added tax. If you decide not to pay such costs when the arise, the parcel will be returned. In such case, the parcel will be returned to us. When the parcel is returned, we will provide you partial refund which is equal to 70% of your order value (ex. shipping fee). This is because we incur return, import and handling fees when parcels are returned.
