The world doesn't lack good tea, but the skill to distinguish them from the bad

What is good tea? To rational tea lovers good tea is about just the flavor and aroma, while health freaks drink it mainly for the health benefits. Those who enjoy ceremony brewing, will love tea for the appearance. And some ignorant rich, simply judge tea based on the price tag. At last, for those who find comfort in fairness, might find comfort in seeing a fair trade label on the packaging.

The fact is that every tea lover is looking for good tea, but nobody find it easy to explain to others what they're exactly seeking for. Tea is complicated, and an individual's definition of what good tea really is, might change over time.

What we know for sure is that good tea can't be generalised and it can't be guaranteed by any commercial certificates such as organic or fair trade.

The world doesn't lack good tea, but it lacks skills to distinguish the good from the bad.
