While we all seek for happiness, we often forget that achieving it isn't always as difficult as we might imagine it to be. Often times, happiness is closer than you think. You can find it in the simple things like a simple cup of tea.
While our daily lives are blinded by materialistic needs, we tend to forget that happiness is not about owning things. Instead it's a state of mind. When you achieve such a state, there is a high probably that you will more happy and healthy.
