One misunderstanding is that some people believe that all tea have caffeine. This isn't true. Only teas made from the the Camellia Sinenses tea plant contain caffeine. Many herbal teas such as ones made from dried Chrysanthemum flowers are not. So is there caffeine in Chrysanthemum tea? The answer is: NO, Chrysanthemum tea is a caffeine free tea. The only situation in which it could contain caffeine is when it's blended with tea leaves or other caffeine containing ingredients.
