How to steep Iron Man Oolong Tea?
Place 1-2 teaspoons of tea for every 225ml of water and boil your water at 95ºC (203ºF). Steep your leaves for one minute in the first and second brewing and then increase your steeping time and temperatures in the next ones. The most traditional way to enjoy Iron Buddha is using small “gongfu” tea cups, i.e. cups so small that the tea is finished in one small sip. These cups help discipline one to savor tea with patience, aka ‘gongfu’. Only drinking Iron Buddha Oolong slowly and patiently will one fully appreciate its unique flavors.

Like Red Robe Da Hong Pao, the Iron Buddha Oolong is part of the Wuyi Rock Tea family; a group of Oolong teas collectively ranks in China’s top ten teas. Wuyi Mountain is in Fujian Province, a region famous for its superior Oolong tea. As the name Wuyi Cliff Tea suggests, the tea grows in the cliffs of Wuyi Mountain.
