Sometimes it's hard to judge the tea leaves by its appearance before they are steeped. In the short video below you can see the Anji Bai Cha leaves while they are steeped as well as after steeping. Observe the consistency of the leaf quality. What's also notable is that the leaves turn 'white' after steeping, which is characterizes the tea varietal used for making Anji Bai tea.
